Each year the girls make an ornament to put on their tree. This is what they looked like at the end of the activity....

Making (or tasting) cookies for Santa.
On Christmas Eve we all get to open one gift - a set of new pajamas. The girls as they open their new pjs.

And to think - there almost were no cookies for Santa. The power went out in our area for a few hours and we weren't sure we'd have enough time. Fortunately, it came back on in time to fire up the oven and make the snacks.
