Quinn's Fashion Attempts

When I went to get Quinn after her afternoon nap this is how I found her. Wearing every single headband she could find. There are so many that it's keeping her eye partially closed. When I asked if I could take her photo she got very excited about it.

Splish Splash We Were Taking a Bath

Now that Wesley can sit up the girls can bathe together. I forsee many pruned hands and feet as well as large puddles on the floor in my future with these girls.

Happy Half Birthday Wesley!

Wesley is six months old today! It's hard to believe she's a half of a year old already! Today she went for her six month check up. She got a total of three shots. It was quite heart wrenching to see her crying. Quinn cried just watching her. She weighs 19 pounds and is 25.5 inches long. She has one tooth and one on the way. Needless to say, she's been a little cranky today, which for her means smiling only half of the time instead of constantly.

Hot Fun in the Summertime

The family spent their first summer vacation in Dallas. We spent several days at two different zoos, afternoons by the pool, and evenings relaxing. Although we all had a great time we were all ready to come home. After all, home is the best place.

Quinn and the two babies she loves to hold simultaneously. Both Wesley and Leighton are getting big. Pretty soon Quinn might not be able to hold them both, but I'm sure she'll still try. We had a great time visiting the Goodsell Family and really hope to keep the girls close over the years ahead.
